Commercial Kitchen Rates for 2011

 

 

 Caterers / Bakers / Food Vendors 

 

  • Six Mongh Lease or Annual Lease
  • Monthly Hourly Rate – 10 hour monthly minimum (see chart below)
  • Fridge and freezer storage for kitchen use time and event only
  • Additional Storage of freezer $25 month
  • Additional Storage of refrigerator $25 month
  • Requires a $100 operational fee at time of lease agreement; if occupant uses the kitchen

              for 6 consecutive months, $100 will be reapplied for future consecutive months.

 

 

Requirements for Kitchen Operation

  • Contract with Commercial Kitchen Rental
  • Approved Commissary & Inspection with Spokane Regional Health
  • Approved Inspection with Department of Agriculture if wholesale business
