Commercial Kitchen Rates for 2011
Caterers / Bakers / Food Vendors
- Six Mongh Lease or Annual Lease
- Monthly Hourly Rate – 10 hour monthly minimum (see chart below)
- Fridge and freezer storage for kitchen use time and event only
- Additional Storage of freezer $25 month
- Additional Storage of refrigerator $25 month
- Requires a $100 operational fee at time of lease agreement; if occupant uses the kitchen
for 6 consecutive months, $100 will be reapplied for future consecutive months.
Requirements for Kitchen Operation
- Contract with Commercial Kitchen Rental
- Approved Commissary & Inspection with Spokane Regional Health
- Approved Inspection with Department of Agriculture if wholesale business
